The Kuglóf Team

Kovács Dóra is the founder of Kuglóf, and the head of the confectionery. As the ex-owner of Kuglóf, she gives professional support till the present day. From the banking sector and from the gray world of economics, she moved to the colorful world of cakes. She has learnt at a French confectionary school and from Zoltán Kolonics’s master confectioner.

Thanks to their perseverance and diligence, Kuglóf Bistro has been included in the Dining Guide’s list of top 10 alternative restaurants in 2020 and in 2021 and in 2022, it became one of the 8 best breakfast places selected by the Dining Guide.
